Cancellation Policy
In the case of a cancellation without any specific reason, and in the case of shipping and returns, a fee of 25 AED will be deducted for delivery charges.
For Cash on Delivery customers, the refunded amount will be credited electronically to the V Perfumes wallet in case of cancellation without providing a reason.
In the case of shipping and returns, a 25 AED delivery fee will be deducted.
Refunds for payments made via credit card will take 7 to 10 days to process.
Refunds via the wallet will be processed within one business day from the date the order is returned to the warehous.
